• Reset your machines if they run into an error.
• Trouble shoot issues with your mining operation

• Help with warranty issues including sending the machine back to the manufacturer.
• Help with repair for out of warranty issues.
Please remember that for things like repairs of an out-of-warranty unit, you are responsible for the cost above and beyond your initial pricing. We know you are smart and figured that out already, but we just wanted to be sure.

What does it Cost to Mine Your Own Bitcoins?

The cost to join the mining fun will vary depending upon your specific setup. In general, the equipment, setup, and implementation will all carry a cost per mining rig and we have a two-rig minimum. This is a higher up-front fee than some cloud mining operations, but it creates a greater value in the long run. 

Buying your own equipment translates to greater overall individual payouts and we strongly feel it is the only way to go if you are going to mine Bitcoins.
